Looking into her eyes, what do you see?
Or does it matter?
Are all her dreams meaningless?
Is it only the girl that matters….?

Does only beauty speak for who we are?
Are her eyes why you get into the car?
Or is there something more?
Can’t you see it?
Why is beauty the only thing that can be loved?
I see beautiful people. Every day.
It’s not their face, or their figure,
It’s their heart, their dreams.
The way the laugh and the way they think.

When only looking at the outside, you can’t see who they are.
You don’t know anything unless you look far.
Farther, past her smile,
Into her mind,
Just for a while.
Just to see what she’s like,
How she thinks,
How you’re alike.
Don’t be fooled by her perfect mask,
Your love will never last.

Does only beauty stand for what she is?
Do her eyes that sparkle send you for a wiz?
Wake up and smell the fresh air,
Don’t get trapped by the smell of her hair.

Look into her heart and see how she feels,
Don’t get stuck on the girls with the thrills,
They could be the one,
But you’ll never know,
Just look deeper,
And her beauty will show.
