ok, so i had to submit this again... i couldn't find it... i had put it in my scraps but then i couldn't get to it...
so i guess i have no choice but to submit it again... :\

anyway, this is just a fun Halloween based sketch...

just a random blue pen and piece of paper.... and then photoshop 6.0
